With many of our properties you can either select a ready-made decor package or opt for your choice of individual materials and fittings to create your own unique home. Would you like an understated classic look, a touch of luxury, cosy warmth or a splash of energy? The choice is yours. For some of the SATO PlusHomes you can also pick your favourite floor plan from a selection of alternatives without extra cost as long as you do this before construction begins or during an early stage of the construction process. The further the construction work proceeds the more limited the choices will be, so make sure you grab the opportunity to influence things as early as possible to be able to create a unique home that looks like you!

Not to worry, however, if the construction of the property has already progressed quite far or is already completed. We will have selected an excellent floor plan and beautiful high-quality materials and appliances from ranges created by talented professionals.
