SATO offers a smart concept combining a home and care services: SATO SeniorHome. You will enjoy a home designed for ageing residents and extra services tailored to your needs. The extra services are provided by the carer partner selected for the property. We offer you the opportunity to live a full and interesting life in your own home for as long as possible. So far this new home-plus-services model is only available in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

In 2008 the construction of SATO SeniorHomes was completed in Niittymaa and Matinkylä, Espoo, and in 2007 a property was redeveloped in Töölö, Helsinki. SATO SeniorHomes were also completed earlier in Pajamäki, Helsinki.

Other SATO rented homes for senior citizens are located in Herttoniemi, Kannelmäki, Pohjois-Haaga, Mellunmäki, Helsinki; Soukka, Espoo; Myyrmäki, Vantaa; and Vihti, Kuopio, Tampere and Oulu. Some of these are located near or with a sheltered housing property from where you can order services.
