SATO's range of rented homes is called SATO QualityHome. SATO classifies its rental apartments with the star rating used by hotels and ranging from two- to five-star. Location, materials used, fittings and condition of the apartment are the factors that determine the star rating.
Five-star SATO QualityHomes are unique rental apartments with premium fittings and appliances They are suited for private lessees or companies looking for premium employee accommodation.
