SATO QualityHome - It's in the Stars
SATO's range of rented homes is called SATO QualityHome. SATO classifies its rental apartments with the star rating used by hotels and ranging from two- to five-star. Location, materials used, fittings and condition of the apartment are the factors that determine the star rating.
Most of SATO apartments are of three- or four-star quality.

- Apartments in very good condition
- Floorings laminate or equivalent material (e.g. parquet, woodboard)
- Kitchens/kitchenettes with appliences in good condition
- Tiled bathrooms
- Apartment condition level: Good
- Periodic condition inspections and -repairs
