SATO QualityHome - It's in the Stars
SATO's range of rented homes is called SATO QualityHome. SATO classifies its rental apartments with the star rating used by hotels and ranging from two- to five-star. Location, materials used, fittings and condition of the apartment are the factors that determine the star rating.
Most of SATO apartments are of three- or four-star quality.

- Floor materials usually vinyl but replaced with laminate flooring when renovated

- Apartment condition level: Good or Satisfactory
