Rented Homes

SATO RentHome is SATO's range of rented homes. SATO classifies its rental apartments with the star rating used by hotels and ranging from two- to five-star.

SATO does not take commission. The only costs in renting SATO RentHome are the security deposit (usually €250) and rent (which in general includes water).

Owner-occupied Homes

SATO PlusHome is SATO's range of owner-occupied homes. The buyer has a selection of designed SATO OwnerHome's with different materials and color ranges to choose from.
