SATO Corporation, including its subsidiaries in and outside Finland, (hereafter SATO) provides the information on this website for use by its customers under the terms and conditions specified below in this document with the aim of providing customers with better service and enabling easier access to information.
The content of the SATO website is presented "as is". SATO is not liable for the content, correctness, accuracy or reliability of this website nor any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, damage, loss of profit or discontinuation of business caused by a service provided by SATO on the website or suspension thereof or information included on the website even if SATO has been informed of the possibility of such loss or damage. Furthermore, SATO is not liable for the delivery of any message via the website to the intended recipient. SATO reserves the right to alter the site, prevent access to the site or suspend the internet service at any time without separate notice. SATO has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page.
All material on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, drawings, recordings and programs, is the property of SATO or its content producer or other subcontractor or supplier. Such material is protected by copyright legislation in and outside Finland. Users may make one copy of content available on the site for their personal, non-commercial internal use on one computer. Any other copying or use must be specifically authorised by SATO in writing. Press releases and other public documents may be used in public communications if the information source is specified.
Parts of the SATO internet service require the entry of personal data. All collection of personal data is voluntary and made known to users. User data collected for services that require registration is part of the SATO Group's customer register, with data contained in the register used for the maintenance and management of customer relationships, customer and direct marketing and opinion and market surveys. SATO does not disclose any data from its customer register to outsiders. SATO does, however, have the right to disclose data contained in the customer register to estate agents under a contract with SATO on arranging the selling, renting or management of SATO homes or data regarding defects, orders for keys or other corresponding issues to service providers under a contract with SATO, such as construction contractors and maintenance companies. Users are responsible for the safekeeping and non-disclosure of any user ID as well as access gained using their ID. Users are liable to compensate to SATO and directly to other parties for any misdemeanour or actions that are illegal or contrary to contract.
The SATO website may contain links to websites maintained by external parties (such as building-specific portals, map service). Companies in the SATO Group are not responsible for the content of such sites or the lawfulness of the registration of personal data collected on them.
SATO cannot guarantee that the website is free from viruses or other infectious or harmful components.
