How can I apply for SATO’s rental apartment?

  2. Fill in the apartment application form. The application form remains valid for one (1) month at a time. You can also pick individual apartments in addition to districts for inclusion in your application.   3. Our sales staff will contact you when a home matching your requirements is available.

  4. The condition of SATO homes is always inspected by us before new residents move in. You should, however, always go and see the apartment before making the decision to rent it. Our sales staff will organize the seeing with you.

  5. After you have seen the apartment you can either accept or turn down the offer. If you decide to accept the offer, our sales staff will settle you an appointment for signing the lease agreement, or you can sign the agreement online. Remember to bring your ID, and other documents the sales negotiator has asked you to bring, when you come to sign the lease agreement.
