New rental homes in Kruunuvuorenranta and Pasila districts of Helsinki for SATO

SATO is planning a total of around 170 rental homes for a site in Kruunuvuorenranta. The construction of these homes is tentatively estimated to start in spring 2022. Regional development in Kruunuvuorenranta takes into account the provision of different types of housing, which serves to speed up the completion of the area. The Pasila site will see design begin in 2022 with implementation taking place in 2023–2024.
