SATO establishes a EUR 1,500,000,000 EMTN programme

SATO has established a EUR 1,500,000,000 EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) programme (“Programme”). The Central Bank of Ireland has today approved the Base Prospectus for the Programme which will be available on the website of the Central Bank of Ireland at https://www.centralbank.ie/.

SATO will announce further information when notes are issued under the Programme.

SATO has mandated Nordea Bank Abp to act as the arranger of the Programme.
