Centrally located within walking distance of Sörnäinen metro station, most of the traditional city homes in this building have balconies and the layouts of some also make them ideal for flat-sharing.

We will start the complete renovation in Hämeentie 40 on Thursday, December 1st, 2022. On the same date, we will also close the building sauna and the laundry room for the duration of the renovation. The estimated duration of the renovation is one year, after which the premises will be available for the residents again.
Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange a replacement laundry or sauna facility for the residents of Hämeentie 42, 44 and Pengerkatu 19.
