This industrial building dating back 100+ years has been converted into city homes of unique character. The varied and spacious floor plans, solid concrete walls and large panelled windows give the units the look of lofts. Some of the units have balconies facing the inner courtyard, others have large recessed terraces.
Light-coloured oak parquet floors, tiled bathrooms with underfloor heating and private saunas panelled in whitewood add to the enjoyability of the units. The kitchens are appointed with flat-panel cabinets, granite countertops in light grey, and stainless steel appliances and flush-mounted cooktop with oven. Standard equipment also includes a dishwasher.
Kamppi metro station is some 600 m away.
There are many small boutiques, cafés and restaurants in the Kamppi area. Within walking distance you will also find Kamppi metro station, the Forum and Kamppi shopping centres, Stockmann department store and the cinema complex at Tennispalatsi. The area has good transport connections everywhere, especially to Lauttasaari and Espoo. For outdoor enjoyment, there are varied green walking paths running, for example, through Lapinlahti park to Hietaranta beach and onward all the way to Meilahti.
