Shared and family apartments for full-time students. Shared apartments have a private approximately ten square meter bedroom for each tenant. Most of the shared apartments are for three persons. They have a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Each shared apartment is rent to either female or male tenants. Tenant must be at least 18-years-old and full-time student. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and pets are not allowed. Rent includes electricity, water and internet.
Pohjois-Haaga is a green and established neighbourhood with wonderful opportunities for outdoor pursuits and sports. The grounds of the Pirkkola sports park extend right up to the building’s back yard and the entire district is criss-crossed with leafy walking paths. There are several schools and day care centres as well as the ordinary everyday services in the district, along with a library, pharmacy and health station within walking distance. Kaari shopping centre is about 1,3 kilometers away.
The building is about 1 km from Pohjois-Haaga commuter train station, which is part of the Ring Rail Line. Several regional and U bus lines run along Hämeenlinnanväylä motorway towards the Helsinki city center, Espoo, Vantaa, Klaukkala and Nurmijärvi.
