It's easy to fall for Keimolanmäki, Vantaa
The old Keimolankaarre car racing track and pits are receiving a new lease of life with the totally new residential area built on the site. The Keimolanmäki area is surrounded by the natural environment, close to the diverse Petikko recreational areas as well as the Keimola golf course. There is a day care centre and a school in Keimolanmäki, and more services are available by the Kivistö train station. The area’s motor sports history is still visible in the street names as well as artwork found in local parks and property grounds.
Boasting the most central location in Keimolanmäki at the intersection of Lincolninaukio and Keimolankaarre, this SATO rental homes property has a total of 159 apartments from studios to three-bedroom homes. Of these, 12 are business spaces/loft-style homes located on the ground floor and consisting mainly of space with ceiling heights from 3.9 to 4.3 metres. The apartment floors are done in pale oak-effect laminate and the walls are painted in a pale shade. The doors of the kitchen cabinets are white woodgrain-effect microlaminate and have metal- or copper-toned pulls. The backsplash is in pale laminate or stainless steel and the countertops are in grey laminate or stainless steel. The kitchens are equipped with an induction cooktop, built-in oven, cooker hood, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. All appliances are white. There is also space for a microwave. The under-sink cabinets are equipped with SATO’s Seth waste unit consisting of coloured waste bins for easy recycling.
The bathrooms come with white Kide range furniture designed for SATO. The massive-laminate Kide furniture is made in Finland and has been awarded both the Key Flag and the Design from Finland symbols. The bathroom walls are done in white and the floor in grey tiles. The bathrooms come with hookups and space for a washing machine.
