The furnishings and fittings of the apartments have been selected for timeless beauty. The floors are done in a light, oak-coloured laminate and the walls are painted a warm shade of light grey. The wood grain-textured doors of the white kitchen cabinets are made of micro laminate with metal pulls. The backsplash and the countertops are done in beige laminate. The kitchens are outfitted with induction cooktop and built-in oven, cooker hood, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. All appliances are white. There is space set aside for a microwave. The under-sink cabinet is equipped with SATO’s Seth waste unit consisting of coloured waste bins for easy recycling.
The white bathroom furniture comes from the Kide line designed for SATO. The Kide furniture, awarded both the Keyflag and the Design from Finland symbols, is made in Finland from high-pressure laminate. Bathroom walls are tiled in white, the floor in grey. Bathrooms have a space allowance and fittings for a washing machine.
