Access to the construction site is strictly prohibited without guidance. The house is still under construction, so for safety reasons, the youngest members of the family cannot join the construction site. We recommend wearing thick-soled shoes.

This campaign is valid until 31st of March 2023, and it includes those SATOhomes that have the campaign mentioned on their webpage. The minimum period of the lease agreement for these homes is twelve months. Water is billed according to consumption.
The rooms have pale laminate flooring and walls painted in pale grey. The kitchen cabinet doors are in white laminate. The backsplash is done in marble-effect composite panel, the countertop is in part laminate in the same design and in part stainless steel. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, built-in oven, dishwasher, cold appliances and space for a microwave. All appliances are white. The under-sink cabinet is equipped with SATO’s Seth waste unit consisting of coloured waste bins for easy recycling. The bathroom comes with Kide range furniture designed for SATO. Kide furniture is made in Finland and has been awarded both the Key Flag and the Design from Finland symbols. The bathroom walls are done in white tiles, and the floor tiles are grey. There is space for a washing machine and dryer.
