These small apartment buildings are located on a park-like site with plenty of features in Veräjämäki, next door to the Oulunkylä allotment gardens. Completed in the late 1980s, these homes were given a fresh new look in the renovation carried out in 2016. The apartment layouts are clean and easy to furnish. Some apartments feature a kitchen opening into the living rooms while others have a separate kitchen with a dining area. All apartments excluding one have a balcony.

Most of the common areas were also refurbished in conjunction with the renovation. The ground floor sections contain facilities such as two sauna sections and a clubroom for residential use. In the laundry room and the four separate drying rooms it will take very little time for your laundry to dry. Storage space for baby transport and outdoor equipment can be found in the ground floor sections and separate storage buildings.
