When you rent this new home and sign your lease agreement before 15th of June 2023, you will only need to pay the water bill in June and in addition we offer you a parking spot for free until end of this year. The minimum period of the lease agreement for these homes is twelve months. Water rate is by usage. All parking lots have the possibility to charge an electric car and charging is invoiced according the usage.
The interior decor materials, furnishings and fittings of these light-toned homes are beautiful and timeless. The harmonious colour scheme is pleasing to many tastes and the open, clean layouts make it easy to furnish your home to your liking. The apartment floors are done in pale oak-effect laminate and the walls are painted in a pale shade. The doors of the kitchen cabinets are white woodgrain-effect microlaminate and have metal- or copper-toned pulls. The backsplash is in pale laminate or stainless steel and the countertops are in grey laminate or stainless steel. The kitchens are equipped with an induction cooktop, built-in oven, cooker hood, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. All appliances are white. There is also space for a microwave.
