We divide procurement into three elements that differ from each other from the competitive tendering, lifecycle management and customer interface perspectives.
Design and contracting procurement helps implement SATO’s business objectives. Through competitive tendering and supplier selection it contributes towards the competitive tendering and investment decisions required for property investment decisions.
Administrative procurement helps administer the materials and service procurement of the SATO Group’s support services from external service providers through competitive tendering, supplier selection and continuous supplier development.
Maintenance procurement consists of procurement and competitive tendering in accordance with property maintenance and management needs. Centralised procurement helps contribute towards the service needs of our business through supplier contracts that are competitive in terms of costs and quality as well as suppliers’ commercial obligations.
