More rental apartments for SATO in Turku

New homes rising in Kupittaa and Länsikeskus areas

The rental home hunters in Turku are about to get a wider variety of apartments to choose from when SATO completes its new investments in the city. In the next two years nearly 200 brand new SATO RentHomes will become available in Kupittaa and Länsikeskus areas.

- We want to offer rental apartments that are easy to move in and enjoyable to live in - homes close to good public transportation links as well as public and commercial services.

- Lately we have been especially proud about the Kupittaa area. We have built four fine houses in the same city block, and the fifth building is now going under construction. Its apartments will be solely SATO RentHomes, and it will complete the Kupittaanpuisto block in its entirety.

- To further expand our supply there are over 80 new SATO RentHomes being completed in Länsikeskus area in 2016-2017. The appeal and advantages of a completely new residential area respond well to our customers' wishes.

There are 1,117 SATO RentHomes in Turku at the moment. In 2015 SATO made investment decisions on 250 rental apartments of which 173 are newly built homes.
