SATO Corporation's CEO Saku Sipola leaves the company

SATO Corporation's CEO Saku Sipola leaves the company and will take up the position as SRV Group Plc's President and CEO on a date to be announced later, however, at the latest on 1st January 2020.

Sipola has held his position since 2015. SATO Corporation's Board of Directors will begin the search of a new CEO without delay.
