Asunto Oy Härmälänrannan Sisu is a clean-lined building in a pleasant setting on a block of new buildings designed with respect for the Functionalist spirit of the area.

The focus in the design of these modern homes is on spaciousness, practicality and openness. Unit sizes range from efficient studios to spacious two-bedrooms. The kitchens and dining areas are pleasant, open and practical. The interiors are done in two fresh colour schemes: the homes on floors 1, 3 and 5 in paprika red and those on floors 2 and 4 in cheerful yellow curry colours. Balconies make the units even nicer to live in: being recessed and glazed, they provide extra living space during much of the year. The smaller units have French balconies. Most of the homes also feature a private sauna.  The building is entirely non-smoking, homes and balconies included.
