In this building all of the apartments are studios of 28 sqm or 31 sqm. The apartments are light, tidy and in basic condition. The flooring is vinyl and walls are papered or painted in light shades. Each WC has a shower and no hookups for a washing machine, but there is a well-equipped laundry room in the building available free of charge. There is also a communal sauna in the building. Water and electricity charges are included in the rent.
