Vaahtokuja 8 is located in the lush northwestern corner of Myyrmäki. The building has three sections and five residential storeys. These pleasant rental homes have a large, clearly laid out living room and the larger ones also a separate kitchen with space for a dining table. Residents have access to a sauna section, laundry and a separate drying room as well as storage rooms.  Except for the studios, all apartments have a sunny glassed-in balcony facing south.

The surface materials of the apartments have be refurbished or replaced. The floors are laid in pale grey laminate.
