Standing on a sloping lot within walking distance of the commuter train station, these homes feature traditional and practical layouts. All units have sheltered balconies facing either southwest or southeast as well as ample storage. Except for the studios, the homes also have space for a washing machine.

650m walk to the train station, 400m to the nearest grocery store (Lidl), and 1.4km to the K-Supermarket.

The renovation of the domestic water pipes and relining of the drains, which began in June 2026, is progressing according to schedule. Stairwells A–E have been completed, so the renovation no longer causes any inconvenience in these stairwells. Work is underway in stairwells F–G at the beginning of September, and stairwells H–K will be renovated by the end of the year.

The renovation work in each apartment takes approximately 3–4 weeks, and you can continue living in the apartment throughout the renovation. You will receive a 50% rent reduction for the period during which work is carried out in your apartment. The rent reduction will be credited once the renovation project has been completed.
