Electricity is included in the rent, with an average monthly consumption of about 120 kWh per person. SATO reserves the right to bill the tenant for electricity consumption exceeding 120 kWh per person per month.

Some apartments have a sauna. All apartments have either a French balcony or a private or shared balcony. The property is equipped with recording camera surveillance.

The apartment can be rented for shorter periods starting from one month, with no long-term commitment required.
Important information for Porarinkatu 3 applicant

The walls are painted in an off-white shade. The floors of the living spaces are made of easy-to-maintain laminate and/or ceramic tile. The kitchens feature a two-burner floor stove or a portable 2-burner induction cooktop. There is a designated space for a microwave oven. The fridge is either a low model without a freezer compartment or one with a separate door for the freezer compartment. For those more ambitious culinary endeavours, you can also make use of the house's shared kitchen.

The bathroom is tiled and includes either a shower area or a shower cabinet. The residents of the building have access to a common sauna and laundry room.
