VAT/month) for the period 1 September 2024 – 31 August 2025. The parking agreement will automatically become chargeable from 1 September 2025, with a one-month notice period. The tenancy agreement is made with Kiinteistöhuolto Tahti. In addition, a regular fee of €10/month for electric vehicle charging in the hall will be charged, along with the cost of the electricity used by the resident for charging.
