Arabian Valo building stands at the end of Kotisaarenkatu street beside Toukolan rantapuisto park. The building consists of a four-storey section and an eight-storey section facing the sea. There are 48 homes in the building, 30 rental homes and 18 owner-occupied homes.

These spacious homes of high standard feature slightly higher than ordinary ceilings and sizable balconies. Many of the homes offer views of the sea over Vanhankaupunginselkä bay or of Toukolan rantapuisto park. The open-plan units are modern and have clean lines. Surface materials and fittings are of high standard and all appliances are integrated with the cabinets. Three different colour schemes have been used in the units’ design. 

The building’s sauna section and clubroom are on floor 8 while the laundry room is on the ground level.
