These new homes on the banks of Uutela Canal share open-plan layouts and understated surface materials that will suit many tastes. All homes have spacious glassed-in balconies or private gardens with terrace. And no matter if not all homes have private saunas, as there is a pleasant sauna section complete with outdoor area in the building!

The homes have oak laminate floors; the walls and closet doors are white. The bathroom floors are tiled in dark grey and equipped with comfort heating, the walls are done in large white tile except for one wall done in a textured light grey horizontal tile.
