1950s feel in refurbished homes

The units at this building located on a quiet dead-end street have been renovated with respect for the building’s classic 1950s spirit. The tranquillity of the units is complemented by the understated surface materials and large windows that usually span the width of the room. The glass panel interior doors in the units have also been retained whenever possible. Except for the units of 29 sqm, all units have glassed-in west-facing balconies.

The floors are done in oak laminate and the colour palette in the tiled bathrooms consists of soft yellow and dark grey. Except for the 25 sqm studios, there is space for a washing machine, and all units except the studios of 23 sqm and 29 sqm have space for a dishwasher.
