Leirikuja has two apartment buildings and one terraced property. Constructed in accordance with low-energy principles, the structures of these buildings are mainly made of Finnish conifer wood, and renewable energy is also used thanks to the solar panels installed on the highest roof sections.

The kitchen and living room areas of these light-filled homes are combined for a spacious feel. Wet underfloor heating in the bathrooms keeps feet nice and warm, while the other rooms feature forced-air heating so there is no need for traditional radiators.  All apartments have a private balcony or terrace that is ideal for sitting back to enjoy a cup of coffee or for an urban gardener to create a green oasis.

Residents can also use the shared drying room, sauna section and hobby room suitable for a variety of purposes. Car parking spaces can be found at the edge of the site behind the tallest building.
