Helsinki-based housing company As Oy Helsingin Trissa, located in Jätkäsaari, was completed in January 2023. The eight-storey building comprises 80 residential apartments as well as commercial premises. The apartments are located on floors 2–8.
Jätkäsaari offers all essential daily services, while the wider range of services in Ruoholahti and the metro station are approximately one kilometre away. Helsinki city centre is easily accessible by tram or bus.
