Restored in 1987, this beautiful brick building is one of SATO's most popular buildings and has an active residents' committee and pleasant grounds. The special feature of the property are the large one-bedroom homes, with many exceeding 70 sqm in floor area, that have high ceilings and large kitchens for a very special atmosphere.

All apartments have beautiful panelled windows and lovely deep window recesses. Excluding some of the studios in section E, an eye-catching feature in the living rooms is a large wood-burning stove (making of fires not allowed). The bathrooms have space for a washing machine and most kitchens for a dishwasher.
