This stylish building features red brick walls on the street side and timber cladding on the courtyard side. The spacious, glassed-in balconies face the leafy courtyard, with plantings, shrubs, seating areas, a playground and a dusting stand.

The location of the site named ”Wise mobility city block” at the intersection of the Jokeri Light Rail service and the main railway line is unique. All basic everyday services can be found within walking distance from the Jokiniementie 46 block. Excellent public transport connections and walking and cycling routes enable easy mobility without a car, too. If you do need a car, there are shared cars available for SATO residents in the block. All SATOhome car heating points are smart eTolppa poles that can also be easily upgraded for charging electric cars. Cyclists enjoy access to separate bicycle maintenance points. The other common areas are also of a high standard: the residents have access to the building's shared sauna section, clubroom, laundry room, drying rooms, bicycle storage units and apartment-specific storage units.

The design of the Jokiniementie 46 buildings caters for energy efficiency and building solutions that will last for decades to come. Ranking in energy class A, the buildings have energy-efficient windows, ventilation with heat recovery capability and solar panels on the roof. The heat source is geothermal heat, which reduces carbon dioxide emissions.
