These small apartment buildings are located on a park-like site with plenty of features in Veräjämäki, next door to the Oulunkylä allotment gardens. Completed in the late 1980s, these homes were given a fresh new look in the renovation carried out in 2016. The apartment layouts are clean and easy to furnish. Some apartments feature a kitchen opening into the living rooms while others have a separate kitchen with a dining area. All apartments excluding one have a balcony.
