Located at the edge of the Puutarhurinlehto green area, this complex within a stone’s throw of the terminus of tram 10 is sheltered and attractive. The three buildings in the complex contain units with a variety of layouts. All units have either a balcony or ground-level terrace. The entrance to the homes in section A is designed like a balcony access block. The bathroom walls are tiled, as are the floors for the most part; some units have wet area vinyl flooring.
