Located south of the Ruoholahti canal within walking distance from the metro, this pleasant complex consists of two apartment buildings. The homes have either a balcony or a ground-level terrace, except for the studios that have French-style windows for an added feel of space.

All homes are filled with light and practical. Added character and feeling of space for many apartments is created by some of the interior walls not reaching full height, and all apartments have a nice-sized bathroom with space for a washing machine. The apartments also have space for a dishwasher and those with a separate kitchen also for another fridge or freezer.
