The space between the top and bottom cabinets and the worktop are grey laminate. The standard equipment includes a fridge-freezer in studio and 2br+kitchen apartments and a tall fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, separate oven, and cooker hood in 3br+kitchen apartments. The cold appliances and dishwashers are integrated into the kitchen furniture.

The bathroom fixtures are from SATO's Kide collection, and their material is very durable and beautiful white solid laminate. The bathroom walls are white brick-laid tiling, and the floor tiling is grey. There is a space for a washing machine and tumble dryer.
