Built in the early 2000s, this eight-storey building with a lift is very close to the centre. Each apartment has a sauna and balcony, and most balconies are glassed in. The communal laundry/drying room is handy for doing big loads of washing, and there are also storage rooms for bicycles, prams and push chairs and a private storage area for each apartment.
