The furnishings and fittings of the light-coloured apartments have been selected for timeless beauty. The harmonious colour scheme is pleasing to many tastes and the open, clean layouts make it easy to furnish your home to your liking. The floors are done in oak parquet stained in a light grey and the walls are painted in just ever-so-slightly off-white.

The doors of the kitchen cabinets are glossy white laminate and have steel pulls. The backsplash is done in glossy white Alumocci furniture panel and the countertop in white marble-look laminate. The kitchens are equipped with a built-in oven and either two- or four-burner induction cooktop, cooker hood, dishwasher and either fridge-freezer or separate fridge and freezer. All home appliances are integrated into kitchen units.

The bathroom furnishings come from the Kide line designed for SATO. The Kide furniture is made in Finland and it has been awarded both the Keyflag and the Design from Finland symbols. The bathroom walls are done in large light grey and white tile, the floors in a grey 10x10 cm tile with a textured look. There is space and hook-ups for a washing machine and dryer.
