Rental homes in the eastern centre of Turku

This L-shaped building is located in the corner of Kaivokatu and Kurjenkaivonkenttä. With four to seven storeys, the building has light-filled rental homes from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The kitchens have light-coloured units and are equipped with a fridge-freezer, cooker, cooker hood and, in almost all apartments, hookups for a dishwasher. There is space for a washing machine in the bathrooms. Almost every apartment also has a private sauna and a balcony. The apartments completed at the street level in 2013 have a French balcony or a patio and do not have a private sauna.
