The new-build StudioHomes are spacious studios with an emphasis on high quality and design, with features including tailored fixtures, fittings and decor solutions. The StudioHomes will boast impressive ceiling heights. Special attention is paid to functionality and design, and the homes have hugely convenient sleeping lofts and compact sized balconies. Personal living space can be significantly increased simply by opening the front door in the StudioHomes. There's a laundry room and large lounging area on the ground floor that can serve as a shared living room for all those living in the building. The top floor features a spacious terrace and sauna. The StudioHome communal areas allow neighbours to interact, thus creating the foundation for shared activities.

SATO StudioHome has different aged residents who know each other. They spend time together for example over a cup of coffee, cooking, watching movies etc. They also organize together different kind of events. Residents have their own active Facebook and WhatsApp groups. StudioHome has a good spirit and active commune.
