Payment information will change

Ropo Capital sends SATO's invoices and provides payment advice from 1 Apr, 2023

As of April 1st, 2023, our partner Ropo Capital Oy will be responsible for sending our invoices, processing payments and customer service related to payments.

Due to this change, the bank account number and reference number of SATO's customers' rent payments will also change. Customers have been notified of the change in their payment information with a customer bulletin and new rent payment form sent by mail on 3 March, 2023.

Please note that SATO or Ropo Capital Oy never send rent payment information by text message.

Current bank accounts for rent payments will be closed on March 31st, 2023. Please remember to update the new payment information to your online bank so that your future payments will be registered correctly to the new bank account. If you make a payment to a closed account after March 31st, your payment will be returned to your bank account.

If you have signed up for electronic invoicing, the payment information will change automatically, and you don’t need to do anything.

If you receive housing allowance, you don't need to submit your new rent payment information to Kela, but the information will be transferred to them directly from SATO.

From now on Ropo will send you an up-to-date rental invoice by post if you have paid any extra.

As of April 1st, 2023, Ropo Capital’s Customer Service will help you with all matters related to rental payments. The fastest way to manage your matters is the Ropo Online service where you can check the status of your invoice and pay the invoice, postpone the due date or make a payment plan for a debt collection invoice. You can log in to the service with your online banking codes.
