The lessee is always obliged to take good care of the apartment and compensate to SATO for any damagecaused by the lessee. The apartment must be handed over to SATO undamaged and clean when moving out. If we have to get your apartment cleaned or repaired or if costs are incurred by SATO, for example, for youhaving sorted your waste incorrectly, we will invoice you for the costs arising from that. We will not invoice you for normal wear and tear of the apartment.
The table below provides examples of the most common types of damage and the charges payable by the lessee for them. We invoice for the work carried out either according to the currently valid list of customer charges or according to the actual costs incurred. The customer charges include the work, materials, andinstallation costs. SATO also has the right to invoice the lessee for any costs arising from investigating the damage and other administrative costs.
The list of customer charges is valid for the time being and SATO reserves the right to change the prices. SATO also has the right to invoice for work and supplies outside the price list based on the actual costs incurred.
It is the resident´s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the list of customer charges, which will beprovided to them when the lease agreement is signed. The resident’s lack of knowledge about the currentcustomer charges does not exempt or reduce the resident’s payment obligation. Prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to change the prices.
