Housing investment company SATO appoints Mikko Nevalainen as Director for Tampere Region

| Mikko Nevalainen, MEng, (b. 1974) has been appointed as SATO Corporation’s Director for Tampere Region from 1 September 2015. Nevalainen’s responsibilities will include housing investments and property development in the Tampere region. He will report to Vice President Pasi Suutari. Mikko Nevalainen has been employed by SATO since 2012, starting as Development Engineer and his latest position being Area Manager for part of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. SATO owns around 2,200 rental homes and invests annually in 100–200 new homes in Tampere. The current Director of Tampere Region, Kari Koponen, is retiring at the turn of the year after 26 SATO years.
