Income limits return to state-subsidised apartments

The government has returned income limits to state-subsidised rental and part-ownership apartments in Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, an Vantaa starting 1st January 2017.

If you live in SATOhome, please take notice that we have to check your income when you are moving to another SATOhome, if the new apartment is state-subsidised.

Luckily most of our rental apartments are excluded from these limits.
