Open house at SATO StudioHome on 9th and 21st October

If you missed last summer’s housing fair we are offering you a new opportunity to visit SATO StudioHome - our concept for affordable rental housing!

Designed for new-build properties, SATO StudioHomes are spacious studio apartments with high functionality and tailored fixtures, fittings and decor solutions. The homes also feature convenient sleeping lofts and balconies for added comfort. With impressive ceiling heights of almost 4 m, these are modern homes in apartment blocks with an affordable rent. The StudioHome buildings will also feature pleasant common lounge areas and a sauna section with a rooftop terrace.

SATO StudioHome was welcomed with enthusiasm at Vantaa Housing Fair. We had hoped it would spark interest with people in different age groups, not just among the youth, and our hope was answered. Also, from over 13 000 visitors of the SATO StudioHome model 96 % thought that the concept would be an important housing solution for the Helsinki Metropolitan area.

We are having an open house at StudioHome model on 9th and 21st October at 10-12 am. The model is located at SATO Corporation’s main office at Panuntie 2, near the Käpylä train station in Helsinki.
