Pleasant rental homes in a sheltered housing unit for those over the age of 60. The service provider in the building is MEREO/Vanhusten Palvelutaloyhdistys ry association. Residents can buy home care services (also with service vouchers) and participate in events organised by the association. The apartments have safety phones with safety wristbands (the resident must have a landline phone connection), door phones and a fire alarm system. The safety phone charge is €20 per month (July 2017), and the phone is included in the basic equipment of each apartment.
