There are four small apartment buildings on these pleasant grounds in the traditional district of Pihlajamäki. Completed in the late 1980s, these homes have been renovated in 2017. Five totally new apartments have also been constructed for the building company. The apartments have smart and easy-to-furnish space solutions. Some apartments feature a kitchen opening into the living room while others have a separate kitchen with a dining area. All homes have a balcony or private garden area. There are two shared sauna sections, hobby room, clubroom, laundry room and two drying rooms that residents can use.
