Leafy setting and the most stunning views of Helsinki

The high-rises in Pohjois-Haaga have character

The quiet property consisting of two high-rise buildings stands at the end of a dead-end street by a park. Building I has a green facade and houses units 1-72, while building II is yellow in colour and houses units 73-114.

Except for the studios, all units have balconies and the apartments on the higher floors offer stunning views across either Pirkkola sports park to the northeast or Pohjois-Haaga to the southwest. There are on glazings on the balconies, even though some of the older photos may so indicate.

A drain relining project is scheduled to take place in the building from September 2026 to May 2027. Work in each apartment is expected to take approximately 2–4 weeks, and rent compensation will be provided during that period.
